IMWell Health is an Arkansas based, healthcare company that specializes in delivering on-site primary care and diseases management services for employers with self funded health plans. We also established clinics for multiple employers who don’t require an on-site presence.
Our service model deploys physicians, nursing and support professionals to the clinic site for two primary reasons. The first is enhanced access to high quality healthcare for employees and covered family members. The second is treatment that is focused on improving patient health status, which reduces absenteeism and increases employee productivity.
IMWell Health clinics impact employees in many positive ways through reduced time away from work for appointments, electronic medical records and e-prescribing, patient education and wellness programs. We embrace the “whole person orientation” to healthcare services. We see employees as our peer in the provider-patient relationship. Our results speak for themselves. Our clients experience reduced emergency
room visits, greater utilization of generic drugs and effective management of chronic diseases. It’s quite simple; healthier employees result in lower overall healthcare costs and enhanced productivity.
Headquartered in Fort Smith, we currently serve clients in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Our clients include numerous manufacturers, poultry processors, municipalities and a university. These are mid-size to large businesses that self fund their healthcare benefits. They recognize the benefit of work life balance through convenient access to patient centered, primary healthcare.
